Traveling-with-TLC

The principal reason for traveling to Medellin this January was to visit the Church that missionary Marc Gerosin started in 2014. He and his family are delightful! He has a few church plants which are led by Colombians who have attended his church and grown to leadership roles. Our Pastor and Pioneer Baptist Church in Carmicheal has the opportonity to support a new church in Cali, Colombia. Brother Gerosin has a deacon who would like to start a chuch in Cali. So, it seems the Lord is providing a person and a place and the means for a new ministry Cali. Our hope was to join Pastor and some other folks from Pioneer on a survey trip. We ended up in Medellin on our own, so we went to church.

It was great! I love singing the old hymns I know so well in Spanish. There are several English speaking folks at the church. We even understood parts of the sermon thanks to Google translate.
